If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please review the following guidelines for return/exchange: FHL Inspirations should be contacted via email with the issue and order number prior to the item(s) being returned. Customers can contact FHL Inspirations at fhlinspirations@gmail.com. Item(s) must be received by FHL Inspirations in the same condition as we shipped it. All packaging and labels must be included with returned item(s) undamaged. If item(s) are damaged or appear to be washed/worn, including, but not limited to deodorant stains, pet hair, makeup and perfume, no refund/ exchange may be issued. Returned item(s) must be mailed and postmarked no later than 15 days from the original shipment date. Once your return is inspected and approved, FHL Inspirations will send you an email. Please be aware that we do our best to get to all returns in a timely manner, however we can’t guarantee a specific time frame for processing returns. You can always email us.
